    how about to that Jr. Coder that just got out of college and had you old code dropped on him to fix a bug right now?

    I have read a lot of code that wasn't clear what it was doing because the developer was either being 'cute' with the code, or just new some pieces of the code that where pretty esoteric. Since that did it often, it doesn't occur to them someone else wont know about it.

    great you looking through a cursor, swell. Why? why do you want o get bar from foo?

    Your code is useless if bar or foo changes,or if people are looking at reuse.
    and THIS is unforgivable:

    really? the only bad one is null? really?
    That type of coding is why bugs suddenly appear and disappear.
    So god damn bad.

    sometime you need to state what it's doing.
    And you always need to state what it's expected to do. That's the only way the next person that comes along and get an idea of how to fix it, or converted it into a new language,.

    Look, just follow engineering specification. They exist for a reason.

    handle comments perfectly. You can hide them, change the color, run reports on them, use a template.

    And yes, comment your code.
    Data, initials a description of what you expect it to do.
    Update with changes, because regardless of your ego, you are capable of putting a small change that doesn't show up for a week..or more.

    please show me scientific evidences that causes any harm in the person eating the pork.

    I know your an ninny who takes what fits a preconcieved bias instead of actually looking at research and think. Unlike you, other people reading this are capable of thinking., so for their sake, some facts:

    Antibiotics are given strategically, administered when pigs are sick, susceptible or exposed to illness. It's not just given to them willy-nilly.

    Using antibiotics strategically has given us in the US the safest pork in the world.
    Antibiotics are give under strict guidelines, and only antibiotics that the FDA approves for use in pigs.

    Over 20 years pork has gotten safer and healthier.

    decades of study and work has given us a time where you caqn actual get safe rare cooked park, and a bunch of scientific illiterate yahoos want to throw us back to the 50s.

    hmm, that would be really odd from Pork grown in the US, these days. It's really clean compared to other countries. The exception being 'natural' or 'organic' small farms. Often the thing it's natural for a pig to eat trash and left overs.
