    I'm not saying there isn't 'waste', but I have yet to see real waste. I have yet to see any Federal program have more waste the the private sector. I mean, holy crap.

    No they don't. In fact, a lot of cases they are better.

    Great, you list movied for 5-10 year old, and 12-19 year olds. There are other movies out of hollywood.

    And The 70's , 80s, 90s, on 00 were are full of crap titles. presumable prior to that but I wasn't going to movies yet.

    For the record, I like superhero movies; there are a lot of tales that can be shown through that genre.

    There we a couple of excellent movies, and bunch of fun movies, and a lot of mediocre movies..just like always.

    You also ignore the fact that you aren't the only person in the freaking world.
    Do I want to see the Alvin moviees? No. will there be any surprises in it? no.

    Not for me..however my daughter will enjoy it, and there will be surprises for her because shes not old enough for things to have become cliche`

    Best case: the ocean will be 25 feet higher in 75 years.

    However In wouldn't count on it, because every year the ice sheet is melting faster then predicted.

    If you studied glacier 100 years ago, you would see almost no change through your career. If you started 20 years ago you have see dramatic changes, and your career would only be about half way done.

    we need to stop burnig fossile fuels.
    Nuclear and SOlar can do that.

    The only really massive change that needs to happen is people need to drive smaller vehicles, for shorter duration. Some thing that will get better with battery design improvements. which in the US is a big deal. But too bad.. I say that as someone who loves driving, love V8 engines and love going really fast.

    But that time needs to end. Frankly, I would ban any SUV or large truck unless it is used commercially. I would put some strict regulations and rules on 'commercially'. Selling Avon door to door wouldn't count, for example.

    I wouldn't take anyone SUV away, but I wouldn't let them buy a new one.

    Yes, but it isn't passed through eating, it's past from living next to each other and 'sharing' wet sources.
    Meaning, some disease from an animal gets on a person hand, and then they tough there nose or eyes.

    No.

    The give an extremely small amount of antibiotics. something like 1/100 th of a dose. 90% of which is peed out. This kills bugs in the animals gut. Then the animal absorbs more food.
    There is NO TRACE in any meat when processed.

    When an animal is sick, it is isolated, given proper doses, and has to be without antibiotics. If memory serves, 3 months isolation.
    Isolation may also mean several animals who might be sick.

    The dose is far too low to create a 'superbug'.

    Yes, each copy does have a direct attached cost. One the is determined by the IP owner, That can be free, or it can be a million dollars.

    It deprive the creator of money to buy things.

    What people seem to miss is that the way things recoup cost is buy getting a little money from a lot of widgets.

    Not that developers should be forced to charge if they don't want to. That's just absurd.

    You make a fine argument for why copying isn't stealing, but that's a different subject.
