My Vista goes from sleep to ready in 2 also, thats how I get small typing/printing jobs done quick that I need done.

I'm not gonna hoard over that Evolutionists made a mistake. Oops, big deal. From what I've seen, it really is not gonna make a difference. There will always be Atheists and Believers(whatever religion it may be). Believe what you want and spread it if you want, but don't go at each others throats about it. --Coming from a Christian, who is friends with atheists.

Yes, I know a new kernel is drastic. Just look at the reaction from OS X. Still, the NT kernel is quite bloated and dragged down from thousands of different coders attaching all sorts of code to the poor thing. Maybe they could just focus on cleaning out the core services and drivers like you said, instead of making a new version of MS Paint.

  4. Superstition is still here on Has Superstition Evolved To Help Mankind Survive? · · Score: 1

Yes, superstition may have helped us survive, but it's still here today. Dangerous or threatening sounds or out of the ordinary sensory input will put us on alert. It seems odd that they're putting scientific correlation with superstition, it is sort of the same, yet quite different. Correlation is not causation, and correlation is neither superstition. Superstition is assuming that the correlated variables have causation from one another while only observing one variable and predicting the other variable. Correct me if I'm wrong here.

  5. Beta tester looking back on Microsoft Concedes Vista Launch Problems · · Score: 1

I beta tested Microsoft Vista when RC1 came out, and it was a horrific buggy mess, it was dying and spurting. Thanks to many like me, we preached the bad rap about Vista. In retrospect, Vista won't be like XP, hopefully Windows 7 is better than this. But, all in all, if you use vista for a while with the new updates, its tolerable, not great, but it still chugs along. I'm just hoping that Win 7 will have a new kernel(hahaha like that will happen) to streamline the operating system.

  6. Grindtastic on Review: Spore · · Score: 1

Yes, I did use one of Yahtzee's descriptions. But, this is really what the game seemed like for the first two eras and part of the third. I felt like I was playing WoW all over again. The grinding was about to put me off until the Space Age happened, it was quite fun. Still, why Will? Why so much grind?

I'll agree there. Also, even if the supply chain is safe from pirating, still there's plenty out there who are just itching to crack these games and develop generators. No ones gonna be able to stop pirating, more security = more challenges. Sadly alot of legitimate gamers are gonna take hits from retaliation.
