I don't think it's that they're too stupid to figure it out. It's that they're smart enough to see that developing for PC and Xbox is pretty straight forward, and then porting that work over to the PS3 costs a lot of development time and money that could have gone in to actually building the game. People who work with supercomputers and whatnot, don't have to think about shipping a retail game that performs good for PC, Xbox360, and PS3.
I'll bet his poor daughter rolled her eyes when he began ranting into the phone. Seriously, I see this with "smart" people from time to time. Just because you're smart, doesn't give you free reign to act like a dick and tell people to kill themselves. I think the problem with people with this sort of attitude is that they never had one person in their life stand up to them. When surrounded by ass kissers and zealots, it's easy to start believing your own hype.
I'm going by his voting record. He's a solid conservative vote. The only things he parts ways with Republicans on are drug policy, and his isolationist foreign policy views. On every other issue he is a hard line conservative. Unlike a lot of people, I actually have taken a close look at the man, and I'm glad he's got no chance of every having real power in this country.
Good luck proving it, or getting the Republican party to investigate it. If it's true, they would only be using tactics they've employed since 2000. Only this time on themselves.
I don't disagree. He has been on Team Bush far too much in that arena. When I look at the political landscape though, with the current crop of Republicans, he's the only person I can vote for. If I waited to vote for a perfect candidate, I'd never vote.
When you look at what he has to work with, he's done as good as anyone could, IMO. Most of those broken campaign promises are the result of Republicans filibustering, or just simply opposing any idea he has. If Obama came out in favor of the sun rising tomorrow, they'd be against it. Hell these people couldn't even be happy about killing Bin Laden, just because Obama was the one that gave the order.
And you know what? It's money well spent. I'd rather see that cash going to social programs and "expensive old people", than more useless wars that accomplish nothing.
Exactly. Many liberals hear Ron Paul talk about the Iraq war, and fall for it. The guy is rated as having the most solid conservative voting record in the history of congress. I'm not sure how liberals get suckered in by this guy. Being right on one issue doesn't make you reasonable. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ron_Paul#Political_positions
Sure, if the Democrat ignores his voting record, his positions on social issues, or the racist newsletter he put his name on for a decade and made millions from.
In case you still haven't noticed: Rick Santorum has proven to be more electable than Ron Paul, in the Republican party. Daily Kos has enough of a brain to realize this, and know it would be like pissing in the wind.

It takes many small steps to complete a long journey. You seeing many similar announcements because progress is being made...
This reeks of the sort of thing written to undermine the leaked material.
His statements reek of someone who never has anyone call them on their bullshit.

And yet you're bringing this up on a story about a case where the bribe didn't work... Smaller government is not the answer.

The conservatives have been going ape shit about light bulbs. Their reaction to this is giving me a preemptive headache.

War is cheap if you're sitting on your ass bitching about taxes and not fighting in it.
Social Security isn't on the budget at all.
Yeah ignore the defense budget and tax cuts on the top 1%. It's all about those civil servants and social programs.

They're too busy pretending they know more about this than the people at NASA, who are actually planning the mission.
I know that to RTFA is what nerdy reader types do, but if you had, you'd know the 700 million dollar mission is for an UNMANNED mission...
./ is really scraping the bottom of the barrel, these days.

Hey that's great, let us know when he actually wins one of these primaries. You should also look at other pollsters besides Ras.

Things are just too anti-business in the US!
