ACTA is next, we'll have to create an underground internet to "use it as intended". Leave it to the sheep to let big business decide what is acceptable and what isn't. The media companies firmly believe if you scratch "their" CD/DVD even though you purchased it, your right to copy said legitimate media is null and void.
Many of my friends and users have dropped the iPhone to the "what?!?" "why, whats the matter with you?!?" of their fellow iPhone users. The 4G is indeed the 4th generation, 4th iteration of the phone. You are correct Apple has not tagged it with the 4G monicker. However, the 4th G(eneration) as I put it is quite convenient. Call it what you will, iPhone users typically shun any other model/device because it "isn't an iPhone". Also I apologize for the mis capitalization. I did my best with grammar, the Apple trademark can eat my shorts. =] Though it does seem to be taking over the world. See iPad. =] I'm going to go ahead and assume you have one since you are so "vehemently" defending it. Apple posted a number of Antenna Engineer positions just before the phone came out. Coincidence? I think not. And as usual you can blame the media for the 4G monicker, don't blame me for the sheeple's misconception. I'm simply giving Jobs kudos for pulling the wool over their eyes. Just like his statement that all phones have the exact same problem. Also in reference to not having one and coveting their wonderous device. I simply refuse to pay the difference. I'll happily save my 360 dollars a year. If I want to get on the internet, I have one of 3 laptops or 2 desktops to do so. A few links of the media skewing the iPhone as a 4G device. http://hubpages.com/hub/The-NEW-iPhone-4G-Coming-2010http://www.gadgetsdna.com/10-reasons-not-to-buy-next-iphone-4g-hd/2757/
As always any Iphone users will vehemently deny that anything is wrong with their beloved device. Though it may be true that other phones have similar issues. I for one do not believe they are as bad as the Iphone 4. I do love the deflection though. Another funny tidbit, the Iphone 4G(eneration) is only a 3g phone. =] Some marketing there Steve-O. You get a cookie.
In my personal anyone with an Iphone will call you crazy should you decide to switch to a different device. Even if it's marginally better... cough Evo 4G. =] I do not have an Evo by the way just look at the capabilities of each. =p

/. omitted my > symbol ~!!! I concur the Naga is tight and precise, that thing looks like a mess... Which 2 buttons are left and right? Plus with the new drivers you can macro your buttons for more good times.
It's bad form to have to be punished for not protecting others from themselves... What happend to survival of the fittest? The american way "it's someone else's fault". Sign of the times I guess, does this same law carry over to silenty infected computers? When does it become the offenders fault? My wifi is locked no SSID broadcast, what if someone cracks it, really hard for 802.11g right? My cell phone gets stolen and is used in a bank heist(for google maps or something)... Much like my cell phone the ISP has protection on their end. Is that next?
I love the assumption of guilt. Welcome to America "Land of the free, home of the guilty." Theres only 6 billion citizens, if 100,000 of them commit "Copyright Infringement" we must punish the masses.
I personally toasted 2 360's then after getting one replaced I sold it and it fried once more. More over of the 9 or so people that I know personally with 360's 7 of us have shipped them back more than once...... At least Microsoft is holding true to their name in the computing industry. Big phat turds the lot of them. =]
Two things, there has to be a happy medium as to what is expected from school officials(these were obviously wrong). 1.) Administrators need to be able to search(strip searching is off the table IMO). 2.) If you think the kid has something(dangerous) hidden there should be a trained police officer on site aka School Resource Officer(SRO) who can make the call as to get the proper authorities involved.
Also I concur any administrator who thinks they have the right to strip search a 13yr old student should be pinned to the wall. The extent of their all powerful positions is to expel pupils not strip search them.
I smell more Linux users... At least at my house, my children have not yet experienced Winblows and will be introduced to Mandrake or Ubuntu before they have been polluted by this garbage. A re-hashed version of Vista IMO, long live solid free OS's =] Also who wants to spend $399 to be a guinea pig for all the adware/malware monkeys for the next year until they finally get majority of the bugs worked out.

What is real is that they knowingly released the phone with said issues. And are now denying them.

Not looking good if this carry's precedent. Pretty ridiculous IMO. Much like my own personal battle with building codes in my home town.
