    Paying more taxes than legally obligated is called a "donation to reduce public debt" and therefore it is tax deductible for the following year, and also gives a good PR for the "1%".

    It is called "targeted prosecution", and it has been used as a very effective political assassination tool to suppress free speech.

    This is because it is very easy to commit felonies without you even knowing it.

    You seems to have some legal background. I suggest you read the book "Three Felonies a Day: How the Feds Target the Innocent" by Harvey A. Silverglate. A very interesting read.

    Technically yes, as it is considered unauthorized access. But unless it caused bodily injury or financial loss, most agencies wouldn't care.

    Same with opening a new account with the name resembling your long lost friend/relative etc. and tried to gain access to your profile by tricking you to accept them as friends. This could remotely consitutes identity theft.

    The white non-Catholic population are primarily contained in the Bible Belt. Everywhere else people generally don't care the way you look. Many of them are friendly and adopting to the Chinese culture too. I am not talking about your local chop suey place but things like the idea of Zen, the rising popularity of acupuncture and herbal medicine etc. is a sign of the times.

    Unfortunately a lot of CS soon to be grads are being fed the lies about "limited employability" of getting a graduate degree.

    Things has changed. A truly competent IT leader should have a master's or PhD in CS/CPE combined with a MBA. That means he know his stuff well and can apply his knowledge into PROPERLY running a business. It is a powerful combination. Sadly not a lot of these folks around.

    If you are truly concerned about limited employbility then you should have lined up with your drinking buddies back in the MBA program and start your next facebook.

    have both a CS and MBA degrees. Unfortunately there aren't many. There aren't many CS grads respect the value of the MBA degree, until they get shafted with MBAs with a music degree background.

    Bottom line: There is a reason why student loans for MBAs exists. If you are smart enough to get a CS (or any other engineering)degree, you are definitely smart enough to get a MBA. The other way around is simply not true in most cases.

    When the industry start getting filled with people with MBAs with CS background, the culture will start to change.

    In the university where I worked, I actually came across a bunch of Computer Science PhD students who thinks that the statement "Childhood and adult obesity leads to skyrocket medical cost" is A MYTH.
