I have been using Comcast for almost 5 years now...it was Comcast until 6 months ago...it is now Time Warner (road runner). I ran the speakeasy test on the Dallas Server and got 5.6 Mbs download and almost 500kps download. Even though Time Warner bought them out here...it is basically the same service.
Guess what? I read yesterday, that if RIM has a injunction set against them, only residential and commercial users lose service...governmental service will continue on.
Maybe they didn't mean Doomsday book. Maybe it should have been DOMESDAY book. The Domesday book was basically a census ordered by William the Conquerer about 20 years after the invasion.
I wonder where you got the patent number (5670990) from?
According to USPTO.gov, it is:
Integral ball cage for pointing device
Abstract
An electronic mouse with an integral ball cage. The ball cage in one embodiment has integrally formed extensions having openings for enclosed shaft encoders and a pressure roller. The shaft encoders are preferably made of a single piece of plastic. The ball cage is preferably formed as part of the lower housing of the mouse.
When the AC wanted to make up a patent number did he/she just look on the bottom of his/her mouse?
"It's a moment. A defining moment when you know that your favorite television program has reached its peak. That instant that you know from now on...it's all downhill. Some call it the climax. We call it 'jumping the shark' "
I agree he is playing fair. He made it known well ahead of time that there would be two versions, when they would be released, and what was to be included on them.
It is up to you to decide....buy one, both, or none.

You are even talking to yourself.
Someone will probably come up with a RFID finder, so that people who want to preserve thier privacy can find and remove them.
When they hired Boies, you knew they meant business. But they are sueing someone with very deep pockets. I wonderhow deep SCO's are?
And the church is trying to find a patron saint of the internet by Easter. Hmmmm...
If I remember correctly, Super Mario 64 shipped when the N64 shipped...it was one of the first games, if not THE first game for the N64.
Maybe you were thinking of The Legend of Zelda, Ocarina of Time? That was known about early on (1996 or so), and shipped in 1998.
It was worth the wait though.
Look at the date the second patent was granted. Scarey!

Funny!

I didn't know what it meant either.
