Does anyone know if registering guns has actually led to the lawful arrest of anyone? Or has resgistation basically turned up nothing for the burden it places on the consumer?
The tags inside CD/DVD cases don't give away the title of the movie, or any other potentially helpful tracking information. Those tags are also easily disabled with a magnet.

Just because the masses (morons) are constantly giving it away, does not mean we should continue to do it. I'm all for the use of gmail. Sounds great to me, but I'd like to be able to delete old emails permanently if I should choose to do so. What's wrong with that?
I graduated in '03 with a degree in CS, but I found a job in construction. I'm making 40K as a project manager for a non-profit housing developer. They liked my problem solving skills in the interview, and the fact that I had done work with teams and managed projects, even if they were computer projects. Surprisingly things have gone well. Who knew?
"relationships are 50-50. So, if you are going to waste time in a together sort of way watching the boob tube, then she should waste an equal amount of time doing something you enjoy"
This is awesome. Are you even in a relationshiop? There are not 50-50, and you can bet she won't be around much longer when you start asking her to be resonable and keep things "equal."
You should be in college to learn how to apply what knowledge you have to solving problems. There is also the learning how to network with people factor. Being able to interact and understand others is very important and will take you a lot farther than any college degree. I recently graduated with a degree in CS, but ended up working for a Housing Developer as a project manager. I was able to take what I learned in a software engineering class for project management and relate it to this field. The people who interviewed me, liked me, so they gave me a chance. Granted, I started about 5 or 7k below where I would have as a software guy in this area, but in the long run I think I'm better off.

Knowing how to spell, and making an effort to proofread are both more important than knowing how to type.

Why is it okay to refer to 1000MB as 1GB?
How do I sign up for an account with this email provider if I don't read Hebrew?

Would you rather have longer battery life, or better sound quality. I want both. Is this reasonable? And support for ogg vorbis is also a must.
Why are colleges going to let some outside entity install software on their networks?
