Windows Explorer's engine was used to make Internet Explorer. They never do things the right way. You cannot have your file browser to have same engine as your web browser.
Moreover, even the new version of the browsers are pathetic and highly unsecure.
I think MS needs to do some good before they actually can get credibility. I do feel that using a Linux distro is much better than a Windows version, any day.
For myself, I use Mac OSX. I am not sure about security but the usability factor alone will never let me touch Windows machine again.
hmmm....
Anyway - I'm a well payed CTO (33 years old) got and conditional offer to work at Google this year (very interesting terms). I studied Physics with the Philosophy of Scince Msci, but dropped out.
If you're bright, you have ideas, and you can make them a reality, then you will will do well. a degree, is only good for proving you can get a degree.
I know. But you have to have experience. If you do not have experience, chances are you won't get a (good) job with a degree.
I like your signature.
because of course, free OS's are very unsecure than Windows. No? lol

Marvelous!
Thanks. I too fear that. I hope they can give all of the source code. Documentation might not be a big problem.
If I need to make changes to Kernel for my research, will I be able to do it?
That sounds real to me too. I believe Apple is 1) either playing safe or 2) Want some Anti-Virus companies to have more business, for a share. :)
So all that hype about Macs being really safe is actually dependent on the Market share?
