    The problem is he wants a fair trial, AS DEFINED BY EDWARD SNOWDEN. We can't make up law according to the defendant. If you don't like the law we have now, elect someone else and have it changed.

    The spy satellites are no where near as complicated as Hubble. They weren't designed for use by multiple instruments, they don't have to track objects for hours, and they weren't designed to be serviced in space. They are designed to perform a single purpose, making it much easier to operated and control. Hubble takes pictures of some of the dimmest objects in the universe. The spy satellites take pictures of objects only a few miles below them in broad daylight.

    OK, I have 28 years of experience with software. I know what a venture capitalist is. I never call them VCs. The article is so poorly written that I did not make that connection. Not everyone's first language is English, but I write far better than this. The article starts off talking about VC Battery Partners, who I never heard of and by the name would have something to do with batteries. I tend to write for publication in either ACM or APA style, I'll let you figure out what that means.

  15. A friend of mine posted a picture of flowers, so aliens would intercept it and understand our concept of beauty. I responded that since flowers are a plant's reproductive organs, they might just consider it porn.
