  1. Right, whatever ... on How To Sue the Auto Dialers · · Score: 1

I'm sorry - "When the judge stopped berating me long enough for me to continue ..."

I've read the court transcript, and all I saw was a smart-mouth trying to tell a judge how the law works! She kept telling you that yes, she DID know the law, and was trying to get you to stick to the proper procedure, so you didn't waste the court's time with irrelevant issues.

And you want to teach others? Ha! That's rich!

Again, having a Open Wifi is no threat to you IF you simply secure the services running on the Wifi!
That is so wrong, it's not even funny. What happens when someone decides to do something illegal using your open AP?

No, I don't think bandwidth and whatever pays for itself, but like many others have also said, I simply don't click on ads, so the difference for the advertisers is the same.

Also, I'd like to decide for myself what I want to display on my computer and what I don't.

I use Mozilla Firefox and it's a breeze to block those ads using AdBlock

Just create a rule to either block 'vibrantmedia' and 'intellitxt'.

    Easy as pie!

    But imagine the possibilities.
A series of sci-fi books by Stephen Baxter (The Manifold Sequence) describe technology like this.

They use flat, flexible view screens that can be used anywhere.

    This is very exciting.

But of course it will be used for advertising...
