Actually Atlantic City was the only place to go for gambling on the east coast. Eventually the surrounding states wanted in on the action and opened their own casinos. That's pretty much why there has been so many failures there.
Really? How about the Catholic church embracing science, or Martin Luther's influence. There are nutjob sects in any religion and Christianity isn't exempt.
I agree that Musk is very smart, but what motivates him? I've heard a lot of Tesla apologists claim that he doesn't care about money, but that is a bad thing for investors in my book. What if he gets tired of cars and decided to step away from Tesla to do something else?
Comcast tried to get me to upgrade about 6th months ago for 'enhanced performance'. Since I own my router and only have a 3.5mb account of course I opted out- but the upgrade was voluntary. I really am curious behind the push for these new routers.
When has legality had anything to do with what is a 'better' car. Pretty much every car sold in the USA is 'street legal'. Street legal is just a metric, much like a quarter mile.
And no, you can't compare sushi and Ice cream, its a false dichotomy. My kids are always playing this game "What would you rather have, your foot or your hand cut off" (or some other similar comparison). Of course the choice you would like to say is 'neither'.
I don't want to live in a world where I have to eat just ice cream or sushi every day. I don't want to live in a world where sushi or ice cream just isn't available. I like having both options available when I want them and there is no need to pass a value judgement on which is 'better'.
Now you could ask me what my preference is and I might say "I prefer sushi" which is a completely different argument.
Well I wasn't talking about health, it is about which one is the better dessert. Which goes back to my point that comparing the two is kind of stupid.:-)
It's been pretty obvious to me that Nintendo's value is in it's IP, not it's hardware. Games on other systems, movies, tv etc. are where the growth is.
There is tons of stuff game designers can't put in the game because they are too processing intensive... trust me they will use up any new gpu advances.
They purposefully limited the views of the creature itself to build mystery and suspense.. a technique that seems to have been lost on most contemporary directors.
It kind of reminds me of Chris Rock's joke-
'Men lie the most, women tell the biggest lies.'

The editing here becomes dummerer every day...
Really? I've used plenty of videoconferencing systems and they all suck. Having one that is integrated with the computer is a great idea.
More Irony than Pennsylvania well water.....
That said, it was an entertaining movie and worth a watch.
The underpinnings of your religion must be pretty weak if it is threatened by such minor contrivances.

I wouldn't be surprised if the new routers have remote troubleshooting features that will make tech support easier/cheaper. Hence the surcharge....

Umm try sub 4 seconds 300 + mph? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/...
Just a guess but this car's range is probably better than the original, so you get negative points for your ignorance about the history of EVs.....
Drag racers have been hearing the same tired arguments for decades. It's kind of like saying sushi is better than ice cream.
You sound like butthurt tesla owner. Why do you care so much?

Certain 'popular' language applications are just stupid and this is one of them.
VW is Germany's Chrysler.
Stop gating complaints.

Actually it angers the alien living in my abdomen, making her wary.

I told my kids a long time ago that a joke or story doesn't get funnier the more times you tell it.
My guess is this appeals to people on the energetic/stupid spectrum.....
