if you were doing supply teaching...then you probably had a worse experience than most teachers. Even in high school, we don't care what the supply teacher has to say...but there isn't one actual teacher that we don't respect and listen to.
I think it's more the fact that on a site like this, it may seem like everybody is ragging on you. It's not "you have a bad boss, but there's still friends who are good to you" it's "everybody hates me!!"
I've always been told that children cannot fully comprehend the consequences of their actions, because of brain development, perhaps it's something similar?
