David Icke said he had a CIA scientist come to him to tell him about what was going on. This scientist in the CIA is apparently a "genius" with electromagnetics and once he realized what he was being asked to do, he tried to leave the CIA. Apparently the CIA took exception to him leaving them and decided to "patch" him (make him dependent on a drug that only they could provide - he would die without it). According to this scientist, one of the many things that the CIA is working on are microchips that can be implanted in humans, both to identify individuals, but more importantly to CONTROL them, and he meant control quite literally (somewhat similar to why sodium flouride is added to our drinking water). I think the CIA could do with some much needed transparency myself. I got this from a video of one of David's lectures, sorry don't know the exact video but it was in this series: Ruled by the Gods Take the Red Pill.

The main fiscal fact in both the US and Canada is that money is being allowed to be created and controlled by the private banking interests. Governments have the right and obligation to create their own INTEREST FREE money for the continued freedom of their people. Money now is simply debt(with interest!) owed to a bank and no longer based on a hard asset such as gold or silver they simple create it on the 'books', which should ONLY be the right of the government. This at it's root is basically a scam to remove hard assets (such as land or property) from the people to the bankers (or the 'elite' if you will). I've heard recently that the police forces across all states are given documents suggesting anyone who mentions the US Constitution and espouses their rights (for example, warrantless checkpoints) are being classified as terrorists against the government. It has also mentioned the shutting down of the current internet in favour of Internet II which would be more controlled (for example, anti-government sites would not be allowed...freedom of speech anyone?). Much like a poster in the above discussion, i don't like the idea of sapping power from vital ocean currents like the gulf stream. This is how the ocean depths are oxygenated, and there are climate considerations to slowing or stopping some ocean currents. Actually i don't think many environmentalists would have a problem with ocean based windmills or wave energy stations. It's much more important to reduce CO2 emissions(Under a Green Sky) so we don't have another mass extinction event.
