  1. Re:Please Judge/Prosecution/Microsoft, drag it on on Microsoft Ruling On Hold - Still Talking · · Score: 2

    Yes I can picture it.

Somewhere secret place, dark empty room except one
person: Judge Jackson carefully reading something
at computer. Camera gets closer, familiar green

"You can invest a little money in far-out projects

Pascal's Wager. In this case, most scientists
would say there is zero chance of success."

seems like this guy (Bob Park) is pissed since
BAe forgot to invite him to join this research ;)

Anyway, I think it's shortsighted to say something
like this has zero chance of success, think just
about anything new technology we have today.

  3. now I got it on GPL To Be Tested by Mattel? · · Score: 1

There seems to be only one file with mention
about GPL, but no GPL within package, so the
main issue will be: Is the program GPLed or not?

Very intresting situation because the contract
IS AND IS NOT valid at the same time, until
some AUTHOR decides which is the case. And that
    is yet to see.

So go and distribute it, it is GPLed, and
you can't bite the authors of program because it
    is not GPLed. Cool trick.

Maybe the times of multimillionaire artists just

source-styled, just for the enjoyment for

being publicity and respect. And they have to work
for their food just like everyone else, doing
the famous 'real work'. (No offense, I think doing
serious art is indeed hard work). Maybe?

  21. music on Part One: In A Virtual World, Who Owns Ideas? · · Score: 1

I find melodies very interesting thing. When I place some tunes after each other, and publish it first in the world, none other has permission to play them and sell the music without giving me the credits.
