Connector only works for Exchange 2000 and beyond. If you happen to work in a place still in the dark ages with Exchange 5 (as I do) then you're out of luck. I do the happy dance of using my palm to sync between outlook and evolution, which can be a pain.
Just remember, any programmer could do a System Admin's job, but we have better uses for our time.
Yeah, right. If you honestly believe that you are either a terrible programmer giving all programmers a bad name or a terrible sysadmin who never realized how important the job is. Personally I've been doing both for a while and the job sets are so completely different they're not even comparable. Any programmer couldn't do the sysadmin job and the reverse is also true. The job descriptions cross paths but that's all.
