The report suggests the technique could be useful for controlling crowds or in negotiations. So, what kind of "negotiation" is this is if you are causing memory loss and disorientation to the person you are "negotiating" with?

    Wrong. Faster CPU= Faster CPU. The memory will create a bottleneck. Memory needs big improvement.
