Funny, because on my client, it does, so for what
ever reason, the default isn't getting checked,

LAUGH, ya, I didn't change my type from code.

If anybody who reads this has any pull at /.

I suggest changing the default to something a
    little better then code.

SURE! And tux being sodomized by the freeBSD
    daemon(demon?).

Thats the point, right there, in a nutshell.

In this country (and I speak of the us here.)
Free speach is legal. Censor one thing, and you
quickly open a flood gate of other possible
    things to censor. Including you.

So before people start to get uptight about this
realize, that your views my be eccentric and
offensive to somebody else. Of course,
unless your a tapocia head in 451F.

If that ever happens to me, somebody, please,
shoot me, for to be tamed, is to be dead.

This is probably off topic, but hey, at least
    I admited it.

I'm glad to see somebody has reconized my point,
for it wasn't just a lame attempt at a troll.

As somebody pointed out, chess and football
both simulate war, and that is very true.

Its life's nature to conquer, to be as sucessful
as possible. Which includes, murder, killing,
theft, and any number of other not so plesant
    possibilties.

So yes, they are both forms of playing war,
but if you look around you, that competiviness
is in everything, and my belief (Not, not a flame
or a fact, but a BELIEF). Is simple, we all
run around trying to amuse ourselves, and trying
to better ourselves. The only reason I even
commented in the first place, is because of
a judgement. Don't judge people, for I promise
you, somebody is judging you. Makes it a very
    pointless circle.

I believe that would lead to a very disapointing
    look on reality.

I've met atlhetes that program, and barkeeps
that played amazing chess. Chess, like all forms
of entertainment, is simply that. It doesn't
    reflect skill, it reflects experince.

Yes there is an a logic to chess, I will not deny that.

But is there any less logic to Football? I think
not. In fact, I bet they are about equal.

    The point is this,
one) people do these things because they are
entertaining in some way. If its watching football, or
    coaching chess. They are entertaining.

Its a simple fact that bordeom kills,
we all need amusement, we all desire entertainment.

So before you pass judgement on a person obsessed
with Donkey Kong, realize, somewhere, somebody
thinks your a fool for your obession with chess.

  7. Microworkz on $199 Internet Linux Box · · Score: 1

Being an it manager at a local company near seattle.

Being that Microworkz is located not that far south from me.

Being that we have 40 units from them.

Current count of parts that have gone out on us.

    24 cpu fans.
    12 power supply fans.
    3 cpu's.
    2 motherboards
1 video card in a pear tree.

My advice would be to stay as far away from this company as humanly possible. The crap they market as a computer would be better melted down and sold as a toaster.
