I've been using Hall's Core Servlets book as a learning tool and reference for the last few months now and have been very pleased with its clarity and examples. However, I thought it was a bit lacking in the JSP section, so I recently picked up the O'Reilly Java Server Pages book. I haven't read the whole thing, but I'm tempted to say this is the best JSP book that I've seen. Highly recommended...

I've got to agree with you there. I bought the Sims and played it for a couple weeks. Then, one fine Saturday afternoon after playing the game for a few hours I found myself wandering around my apartment, picking up things, putting them down, not thinking, just drifting around. I suddenly realized, I'm turning into a Sim!

Do I have to be licensed from the ASCAP to sell a used CD on ebay? I'm distributing someone's copyright without their permission, and profiting from it.
Actually, in most cases you wouldn't be profiting from it. Somewhere along the way that CD was already paid for in full (or stolen). It works along the same lines as not having to pay sales tax at garage sales...
You could try installing PowerStrip or MultiRes, two small and free windows programs that allow you to run non-standard resolutions.
