It's not like things could get any worse.
Tell that to the French, the British, the Chinese, the Russians, the Paakistanis, Indians, Israelis etc. Nuclear bombs are actually the best deterrent out there. They are, and have almost always been, defensive weapons.
This case has already been judged in France. You are acually entitled to the full retail price of all programs installed on your pc.
Of course the refund policies never refund this much. You have to go to court to get it.
