  1. This sounds like the Intel chip with a Vega 20 onboard: https://www.engadget.com/2018/...

Best as I could gather, it's part of a long document referenced as PHQ-9: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/p... The actual questionnaire is down in the Appendix.

Bioware is good. Bioware on EA is questionable. EA... I have choice words I shall choose to not repeat at this time. LucasArts has been cases of hit or miss. Though so have some of the other works allowed by LucasArts in Star Wars. They've been directly quiet for a while now though. Sad to see them go though.

Biometrics are not difficult. Others have commented on this as well. For demonstrations with Biometrics, there's an episode of Mythbusters that is right up you're alley. They laughably show how easy it is to bypass multiple biometric options.

  5. Re:No backwards compatibility (no physical media?) on Sony Announces the PS4 · · Score: 1

First, I'll note that I fall into the crowd that will not be purchasing this console. The lack of physical media is how Sony apparently plans to control the game market for the console. They recently had a bit fall with locking games to a console, which is pretty damning in my opinion, especially as Sony has been attempting to kill the Used game market for years now. Lacking physical media places the PS4 alongside walled garden environments as seen with the Apple, Andriod, and WinRT devices. These apps as far as I'm aware, cannot be transferred. As such its quite likely that Sony is pushing games for the PS4 in a similar fashion. Once you've shelled out for the game, its yours.

  6. Re:I got there Mini10v, and quite like it on The Ignominious Fall of Dell · · Score: 1

With the customer service, they try to keep it a good thing, but I would agree some choices aren't made well. When I worked in Dell support, if we didn't know of a major problem, it didn't exist. But many companies do it that way. Innocent until forced into guilty. Now if I call in, its a matter of forcing the rep to do as I say and not be a mindless tree riding drone. Free thought among the reps I've talked to has been declining. However, I bought a short lived Mini 9. Now use Ubuntu 10.04 on it. Still love the little thing. Its a permanent part of my Mobile Office.
