    If he's not legally considered responsible enough to buy a beer he is kind of a kid. And since the USA has a policy of not deporting alien trespassers who commit employment fraud, deporting him for screwing with his roommate's mind seems a little unjustifiable.

    So Obama "said he was sorry" while encircling Iran with wars of occupation and restrictive sanctions, as well as continuing to damage Iranian interests with a multitude of covert and political operations. That's only counts as "goodwill" if you assume that USA global dominance is unquestionable.

    Though they aren't investigating, it's not "quite a leap" to call them "cops" for acting as law enforcers. If you insist on a more precise term for cops that don't investigate, I suggest "thugs". Thank God they aren't cops, but when you don't pay your bookie those aren't "mailmen" who threaten you or "executors" who break your legs.

    Uninsured drivers are punished when they get in accidents or commit traffic violations so what can this pre-crime enforcement do other than add to the inconveniences of driving and government intrusion? It might be satisfying to feel that perfect drivers without insurance aren't "getting away with it" but that is too petty to be a reason.

    To be fair, most people don't even bother to have a theory. They haven't heard of WTC 7 (unless a crackpot brought it to their attention).

    Conspiracy theory: Conspiracy theories get press in order to distract the public from embarrassing information about the FBI's ineptitude or origin of the hijackers.

    if there's going to be someone who is the "world police" and the global power, I would prefer the US to any other country. Yet, it is clearly shielding the public from the double-standards it holds.

    For the "good guys" to win they have to play dirtier than the "bad guys". So since everybody is behaving like a bastard, the "good" only emerges on a fairly abstract level.

    Appearance is not shallow: it provides a huge amount of information about genetic compatibility and health. Since that is what sex is about, men are entirely in the right.

    So you think seeing only fat people will somehow encourage you to become skinny? The fatties call anyone who is normal body-weight or who doesn't eat more than 5000 calories per day "anorexic". Good luck losing weight in that environment.

    But she isn't as great as you think/encourage her to be. Everyone has to come to terms with this sooner or later. True, an 8-year-old isn't ready to test her mettle, but saying that ads are touched-up just supports the delusion that everyone can become a model/genius/millionaire.
