I have tons of comics that I compiled into single files using www.comicguru.net and they are available for viewing on my Ipaq anytime I feel like pulling it out of my pocket. I have had a subscription to ucomics to download comics for awhile so I am overjoyed to finally have Bloom County available.
5-button joystick is too much? No way it is too little! At least for playing games it is. I have had an Ipaq for a year and it has had the 5-button pad all this time. They should increase it to a 9 button pad!
I have a Compaq Aero 2110 that has rechargable batteries. It can handle two or three days of heavy use without recharging. If your habit is to put the device in its cradle every night or so as mine is then you never, ever have to worry about batteries. It's not an issue.

Everything I am reading on the new Ipaq says that it will be 16 bit NOT 12bit where are you getting that information?
