I have a Deskpro 6000 (6300MMX) and I am running Debian Potato on it.
The Thunderlan support works fine, and the Matrox Millennium II works nicely in X at 1152x864x32bpp.
Potato was easier to install than Redhat. I was having a lot of Anaconda (Python) errors in RH's install script, but with 5 floppies from Debian (rescue, root, and the 3 drivers disks), I was able to download the 13 meg base install over the net in record time and had the machine up and running in no time!
1) Use a mixmaster or some other type of anonymous e-mail server with PGP.
That way, the mail cannot be as easily traced back to you. (especially if the servers log the mail transactions)
2) Use steganography.
Encrypt the information and hide it in a JPEG file or some other document that looks acceptable. (I wonder if you can hide something in a.PDF file)
3) The multiple decrypt keys with two different messages was a good idea. Maybe we should start working on something like that!
I think #2 works the best. I mean, who is going to suspect a picture of The Weather Channel's latest radar to be a secret message to set off a small globalthermonuclear device at 1 Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA.?:)

Does anyone remember the original Windows 95 timezone dialog and how it outlined the timezone? Later on it had to be taken out (in Win95B versions) due to legal issues.
I have submitted a report to RealNetworks.
Hopefully, they will get back to me on the problem.

On my system, rpnp.so, when placed in $HOME/.netscape/plugins (or system-wide in /usr/lib/netscape/plugins) makes Netscape die before it even begins.
/usr/local/RealPlayer7/rpnp.so /lib/libc.so.6 (0x40043000)

I'm running Debian potato, with libc v2.1.3-6.
Anyone else having this problem? Is there a workaround?

Are we going to see a repeat here? As far as I know, Microsoft got into some hot water for having something like this.

I have heard that the FBI can tell what you have on your computer screen by scanning your house. Perhaps this would only work for actual CRT monitors?
In any case, this sounds like what SSH over an X connection would do.
