Why the hell do you think we do it?

You know we work REALLY REALLY hard to piss you guys off.. I mean we even elected a NICE president this time around just so we could fuck with you and elect Hitler next time... And yes I do mean "The Hitler". He flew out on that last plane that took off from the street right outside the bunker right before the Ruskies took it. We picked him up a few days later trying to enter Sweden. Apparently he had a bunch of gold in some bank there or something, who knows... Anyway we've had to replace most of his body over the years with alien implants we got from the Roswell crash but still you guys are just going to FREAK!

This, or something else truly 3D (as opposed to stereo tech), will no doubt be scalable. The problem we have, really, is there is no 3D media. No movies, TV shows, etc. Only computer generated imagery is readily available in 3D at this point.

Making stereo media is almost trivial. 3D is a whole nuther ball of wax. Highly desirable, but no less difficult for that.

I don't know why anyone but the ignorant would run IE. It (and all of Microsoft's offerings) have always been less secure than just about everyone else's.

I see no trolling here... Slashdot is going to die if the corporation that owns it doesn't start dealing with the horrible mod problem.

Active-X is and always has been a huge problem and Microsoft products in general have shown themselves to be less secure. Why that might be is open to debate but anyone who ever works on a "normal" persons computer should have noticed that people who us IE always have mind blowing amounts of spyware and those that have been forced to use some other browser (by me) never have the same level of infection if anything at all.

I'd also like to take a moment to yell at Adobe for it's FLASH and PDF exploits...
