"Jim Whitty, the task force administrator, says Oregon relies on the gas tax to pay for its road system and gas tax revenues are expected to flatten as gas mileage improves and more hybrid cars come on line.
Whitty said the task force at this point wants a charge per mile."
It makes sense, IMO. There is no reason a hybrid car should contribute less to the road budget than an ineffecient 1960's station wagon.
Unfortunately the article never mentions Debian by name. They mention a few others, "Linux distributions these days go by a variety of names, including Red Hat, Suse and Mandrake." But when time comes to give credit to the developers of the base distribution they refer to it only as, "one of the free versions of Linux".
It would have been nice to see Debian get some press, IMO.
Exactly correct. The mesh formed between APs is an ethernet bridge. Stations associated with completely wireless APs (that is, no direct ethernet connection) will have their packets forwarded to the destination which may involve multiple wireless-wireless AP hops. The mesh is dynamic, APs can appear and disappear and stations can move between APs without loss of service.

Changing the pace of recent sterotypical game themes, Search and Rescue aims to create a plot based on positive goals such as saving victims in varying situations of distress.
The player will be given the chance to pilot different types of rescue aircraft in a variety of search and rescue style missions.
Search and Rescue is highly customizeable by allowing intermediate players to create their own missions and allowing experianced players to design their own aircraft and scenery.

I can get mp3's playing mono at half sample rate, sounds fine to me and I still have about 20% of my cycles to do other things.
486dx2 66MHz
That was the main impetus for my switch to Debian from windows two years ago.
