this is a bull response. "It syncs the data back to their servers" THATS NOT SYNC. Sync would let me get my data back to my pc, mac or pda and the sidekick does NOT do this. I have had my sidekick for almost a year now, all the while Danger has been saying "sync is coming soon" since day one. The second I can buy the new Treo 600 I am throwing my sidekick in a pond.
I own a 99 VW Golf TDI and I have been running it on Biodiesel for over 4 months now. I get about 50 miles per gallon and 90% the emissions of a gasoline car. There are 3 different places I can purchase biodiesel in the CO area that I live, and not one cent of my money goes to support foreign oil companies. I don't understand why this technology is not getting more press. Who cares about a hybrid car that still pollutes more and gets less mpg than my Turbo Diesel running on biodiesel.

Works for me. I have this card in my box running Debian (sid) and it works fine with the CVS version of the http://sourceforge.net/projects/emu10k1 driver.
Granted I dont use midi digital out or any of the fancy stuff right now but the I get sound from the line out and the headphones (from the live drive) and the fire wire port on the live drive works as well.
I like Indie Rock / Emo / Punk / Hardcore and I have found that just by browsing alt.binaries.sounds.mp3.indie I have found lots of new, very good music to listen to and explore.
I always found cdnow to be great at this. You tell it what albums you own, and it recommends other albums/bands that you might like. I have bought and loved many new CD's with this feature.
However now that CDNOW is part of Amazon some of this functionality is no loger there. I have not found the option to tell Amazon what CD's I already own. But just by viewing a bunch of CD's I have, Amazon was able to recommend new stuff to me.
So will the TV out in work in Linux? Or if I throw my GeForce 2 MX in there will that overide the onboard video, and then tv out will work under Linux?
I have been trying to download it to give it a try, however getting the 660 meg.iso will take a while when I can only pull about 600 bps frome their site. What the hell is cable good for anyway Bigskinnee

You want to talk human friendly.
Park your gasoline car in a garage close the door and keep the engine running. You will be dead in under 20 min.
Do the same with my BioDiesel VW GOLF TDI and after a few hours you might have a head ache.

We already have changed the weather by all the polution we produce. So why not.
