  2. Don't let others know about your printer... on What Kind Of Computer To Bring To College? · · Score: 1

If you have a printer, keep it hidden (somehow). Every damn person on my floor wanted to use my printer, but nobody ever offered to pay for ink or paper, which can get damned expensive. Since they were friends I couldn't say know, so after a while I just started telling people it was out of ink, and if they are willing to buy me some more then they can print.

Hopefully these days (10 years later), most students have their own computers/printers.

Why not compare him with JFK? They both proposed tax cuts to spur the economy. Given the context, its a highly relevant comparison.

Now, Bush has higher moral integrity than JFK did. I am sure there are no 19 year old mistresses or naked pool parties at the White House today, as there were during the Kennedy Presidency.

I know you Democrats love JFK... Funny thing is, the best things he ever did (cutting taxes and the handling of the Cuban Missile Crisis) were very much handled like a Republican.

Put that in your peace pipe and smoke it...

Yes, we need a president who will tax the hell out of everyone, thus making a wealthy nation sending more stuff to space. See how stupid that sounds?

Now, when JFK pushed the space program in the 60's how did he make the economy good and therefore increase revenue for the government? HE CUT TAXES! Yup, even a philandering Democrat realized the way to get more government money and a better economy was to cut taxes.

Taxation inversely (or, perhaps, adversely) affects government revenue.

Think about that for a while, kiddo...

Sampling James Brown screaching "eeeeeow!!" is no problem, but what about when Coolio and Vanilla Ice steal entire songs and just rap over them? That takes no talent whatsoever.

I think its funny that Coolio got pissed off at Wierd Al for doing a parody of Ganster's Paradise (Amish Paradise), when Coolio's songs are almost entirely "stolen" (Fantastic Voyage to name one of the most blatant rip-offs).

Personally, I'd rather not listen to "artists" who don't have the talent to read or write real music, but to each his own I guess.

Gotta agree. CGI is just going to look ridiculous when the hulk comes around. It would be more realistic (realizing, of course, how unrealistic this is), if they just some huge steroid freak play the part of the hulk. One of the things that made the TV show so cool to watch when I was a kid was the fact that you could imagine what it would be like to stand next to the Hulk (Ferigno).
