    Can I do this without a PayPal or a bank account? Because if I can't, forget it. I can already pay for airline tickets at the convenience store after ordering them on the net. They need to come up with something similar for this. And in this case it needs to be anonymous. Otherwise, "guess who" will using this to track people.

    The fact that special interests are allowed to meddle with the electoral process is a perfect example of corruption. And passage of some of those referendums illustrates how that corruption has permeated the voter base.

    Makes it even more important to put the money you do have to good use. The principal problem here is corruption.

    It is the listeners' responsibility to filter out the chaff. Not the speakers'. Filtering what another can hear or see is a big no-no. Slander/libel are too nebulous to be codified by the person who happens to be in change at that moment.

    For the less experienced, Slax might be the better option. It boots into a GUI on almost any hardware, and it automatically mounts all available drives.

    Not anytime soon. Most rules are based on the revenue they can generate.
