    It's not "mere aggregation" when the component is a fundamental piece of the whole.

    And you have case law and the relevant statutory law to back this up right? The only way that all of Android would have to be GPLed is if all the rest of Android is considered a derivative work. And despite the fact that the FSF would like everyone to believe in their extremely broad definition of what makes something derivative there is no clear standard.

    You do realize that Perl and Python exist on AIX, HP-UX, Solaris etc as well, right? If you are on a different Unix... you just use them as well.

    The harsh reality is NOW Windows users pay less for these games.

    Duh, because there is a glut of games for Windows. When there is a glut of supply people aren't willing to pay as much. This is the most logical explanation for why Linux and Mac people paid more because there is higher demand due to a lower supply of games.

    What the fuck is "enterprise code"? I've heard this phrase used in so much marketing, but what the hell is it supposed to mean?

    Horribly bloated code written by mouth breathers who can't grasp any other language than one which doesn't hold their hand the entire way through. Oh and you usually have to throw in a couple of frameworks and then add additional frameworks on top of other frameworks to manage your other frameworks in the process of designing "enterprise" software.

    As compared to the millions in sales of other games at 50 dollars or more that Windows users buy that you conveniently ignore? How does that figure into your "Linux people pay more" when I doubt nothing but a tiny minority even paid 50 dollars FOR THE WHOLE PACK.

    Who the hell would buy a game without DRM?

    Apparently not a lot since despite many people saying how they'd only buy more games if they had no DRM that is mostly bullshit. Hence why, for example, 2D Boy had to file for bankruptcy. Apparently despite doing all you can to please these pirates with making your game cheap, making it DRM-free, etc they will still download it for free and screw you over.

    There's a big difference between offshoring to evade taxes and not bowing down to every cash grab from politicians who don't want to have to curb their own spending habits so they basically drive companies out of their state by slapping tons of taxes on them. If you thinking paying more and more in taxes is such a great thing, why don't you voluntarily increase the amount you pay in taxes?

    Being "reputable" means not always placing your profit interests first and foremost.
