IIRC, they bought ESIX (who made an SVR4 implementation) and later renamed the product to Dell Unix. Driver support was pretty nice for the times.
That Torvalds guy comes in at #726 in the Suse count, at 0.012%. That ought to give rms 100 times the bragging rights! You all realize, of course, that the Politically Correct way out of this is some meaningless acronym for our OS?
