I read the article and the PDF, but I didn't find anything that stated an underage person was seen naked. From where does the underage porn charge stem?
He could hit 1:1 or 100:1 ratio with peer-to-peer and never actually distribute the file in full (if he has a flaky connection). So, does the ONE distribution cover this? Or is it more like distribution full or in part...?
but, if the description can be trusted: "every person who advocates, teaches, advises or practices the duty, necessity or propriety of controlling, conducting, seizing or overthrowing the government of the United States"
Then, members of political parties, local and state representatives, and lobbyists all have to register on this list as well...unless they are actually not trying to control or conduct the government...
What really aggravates me is when game studios/publishers for consoles announce that DLC is going to be available and when it is coming out before the game is ever released! C'mon, guys -- don't rape us and force us to watch. Include the content in the game rather than releasing it later. Or, better yet, let us delete maps/non-needed extras from our game to trade out for other DLC.

Where I live (southern Louisiana), we have similar fire power, but not similar police force/equipments. Guns would have been blazing on both sides.
