Ask yourself why analog media is called analog media in the first place. Just because CD's are digital doesn't mean that what they store isn't also analog.
What is stored in digital audio is actually also an analog of the original waveform. Thus, digital audio is also analog.

At RIT, our university almost encourages usage of Direct Connect, as otherwise, there would be so many people using the pirate bay that the internet would crash on a daily basis. No joke.
The University specifically told everyone that as long as you don't get in legal trouble, they won't give a shit. Enjoy your limewire, torrents, DC++, etc (use peerblock), because nobody cares here.
