You do know that Chromium started out as Chrome and that Chromium had bugs which meant it included tracking features Google had in Chrome by accident because of it.
Nope.. not interrested.
Firefox 4 with the addons I want works for me really well.

Got (Buffer) Bloat?

It is about reducing latency. So it helps prevent problems with VoIP failing when there is a lot of other data flowing over the same connection(s).
Some buffers are really large and it turns out some introduce latency of several seconds (!).
Supposedly Apple has bought up most of the 10 inch screens available or atleast production capacity so others who want to get into the market can't or have to pay a lot more for the screens.
What revenue ? He does not make money from this. This is about letting manufacturers sell plugcomputers and open source people delivering useful software for them. If enough are being sold, the price of the hardware will come down, that was all he argued.
W3C did not create the specs, W3C is where the browser makers deside what goes in the spec normally. But HTML5 actually came mostly from WHATWG and was for Web applications. Which is Opera and Mozilla which came up with HTML5 and started on it years ago. Apple and Google got added later. All browser makers are in W3C so also Adobe, Microsoft and others.
Also they made it easier to make addons which don't break at upgrades, because they use a different API. It also allows for installing addons without restarting the browser.
Only change I know of in that regard is that in Firefox 4 minor updates are planned to be automatic, similair to Chrome. But I don't know if they completed that yet.
Software/tuned hardware is what makes the difference.
Intel M25, etc. was better than it's competitors at the time because of the software, because it's performance did not degrade over time.
Like Windows 7 ?
This will happen in March.
Maybe that isn't what people set out to do, but that is what eventually happends most of the time.

The code changes to the Linux kernel also reduce the size and ill effects of buffers inside the kernel and drivers.
Only recently, many corps especially in the US still us it. :-(
You got to wonder how many dead people in general are on slashdot or the internet for that matter.
Should be pretty close to zero.
Facebook came out of the red at the start of last year if I remember correctly.
I know Facebook got that worked out, but Twitter never did.
The people who control the botnets of computers in the US are foreign.
HTML does not need to be valid XML, XHMTL is a different story ofcourse.
You have a cellphone with a 10 inch screen ?

If someone threatens to kill you, it doesn't matter much what the law says.
Maybe I should add some more:
the idea is to make it wifi-capable and do the Mesh networking with others in the neighborhood.
They are always on but don't use a lot of power and thus can be used as small servers and Tor-nodes and so on.

I'm currently have more addons in my list which are supported on beta than addons that are disabled because they are not supported in beta.
The problem is, their currently is no OS which has an interface which works well on small touchscreens and on big screens with keyboard/mouse.
Or maybe it is just a gimmick ?

Whatever, here is a longer explanation:

It is already in Firefox Mobile, it was planned to be completed for normal/desktop firefox 4.1. But I guess that will be called Firefox 5 now ?
