Um, Apple scammed everyone, Amazon was forced to sell books for higher prices. Amazon, B&N, etc didn't break the law, Apple did.

You were scammed by Apple, even if you were buying a book from one of the other sellers.

  2. How do you know how much you received? I got notified by B&N but nothing from Amazon.

  4. As above, that issue is not Netflix, that is your ISP. Netflix looks like a Bluray on my TV running through the Tivo as a player on Verizon FiOS 75/75Mbit, so if you have those issues on your Gb, your ISP is intentionally throttling Netflix to decrease your experience with them and shift you to their offerings.

  5. Blame your ISP, that isn't a Netflix issue.

In this case, since the artist themselves puts up their videos, don't you think they have already agreed to the profit sharing that Youtube offers?

As for other people putting up their work, that should be handled by a DMCA takedown according to the official procedures, but Alphabet is kind enough to offer the compromise of Content ID with personalized settings on how to share the profits.

I find it absolutely hilarious you call me regressive-left...clearly you haven't read any of my history.

Nobody is encouraging 12yo boys to go fuck girls. That would be 'rape culture', 'un-feminist' and 'hetero-normative'. There is no reason to ban a non-existing practice.

No, that wouldn't be rape, two 12 year olds having sex is perfectly legal in the US, there is no rape involved unless someone is forced against their will. Statutory rape is involved when an adult is having sex with an underage person, but that is due to power imbalance. There is no law against two consenting children having sex with each other.

Although there is a trend to incite children, especially boys, to be homosexual or trans.

Um, no, there is no incitement, there is an allowing kids to do what is normal for kids to do. If they are attracted to the same sex, who are you, or the Russian government to tell them they are not allowed?

Promoting homosexuality and trans-fetish to children is how they grow their rank to secure political gain. It is basically state sponsored child abuse.

No one is promoting anything but you, you are promoting disinformation. The kids are ALREADY GAY, not being perverted into being gay, no one forced them to be gay.

  12. Except, that the Fourth Amendment does not apply to the external contents of a piece of mail, or in this case email to and from and date.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Privacy is a specifically enumerated right, just like the right to bear arms. It isn't any less or more of a right, it is the right of every single US citizen. HOWEVER, nothing in that amendment states that the external contents of a letter (the to and from addresses, etc) are protected. In this case, the FBI is asking for the ability to read the outside of all the envelopes you send through the internet to your friends (etc).

I'm not moving the goalposts, the homosexual lobby is moving the goalposts. It wasn't good enough to have Civil Unions allowed, it had to say marriage contract on the sheet of paper. Marriage is a religious ceremony in the Christian church, it is not a secular thing. It doesn't matter if the US has adopted the term, it is still a religious ceremony that the US government has no authority over, so shouldn't be ruling one way or another.

Freedom of religion is a thing in the US, not freedom from religion.

If marriage is a secular thing, why did they steal the term, and why is there a distinction between civil unions and marriage?

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/...
    http://www.legalmatch.com/law-...

You are arguing about something from the side of ignorance. You claim that civil unions are the same as marriage, but clearly they aren't or there would be no need for homosexual marriage instead of homosexual civil unions. Civil unions date back to 2000 in the US state of Vermont. Homosexual Marriage is a new thing in the past few years. They are separate things that were supposed to be equal, but never achieved this, but yet rather than fix the issue, marriage was taken away from the Christian churches and forced to be open to homosexuals. Marriage is the term for the ceremony in Christianity, Kiddushin for the contract and Nissu'in or Chupah for the ceremony in Judaism, why not use those terms? The terms in Islam are nikah and zawaj, why not use those? Why take the Christian terms and use them for a civil ceremony with no religious backing?
