  1. battery? on Nokia Fears Carriers May Try To Undermine N900 · · Score: 1

looks interesting. definitely a quantum improvement from the nokia 9500 (aka communicator). I wonder whether they have a good solution for the battery life, with a 600Mhz mips processor, you would be lucky if the 1320 mAH battery lasts over 4 hours. ~ t5itt3r

  2. Re: on Apple Blames 'External Forces' For Exploding iPhones · · Score: 1

the iphone is Steve God's er..I mn Jobs' gift to man. If it explodes it probably means the you are not worth it. Of course if it were some other device/OS (read Microsoft) having this problem we would have seen tonnes of witty quips and cheap shots from stickman Justin Long by now.

  3. Re:Its Radio vs. Records all over again. on Will You Stream Or Download Your Mobile Music? · · Score: 1

unlimited streaming for a flat fee is definitely the way to go. with the all pervasive cloud around you why should one use up precious storage space on the phone? Just listen to the music when you want and be done with it rather than lugging it around and managing it every time.

It is surprising how people don't mind exposing their private preferences, photos, friends etc. on Facebook or MySpace and yet are concerned when this very data is used with profit motives. In the end of the day, perfect privacy and security means getting off the grid. As mobile malware becomes more prevalent mobile technology can be misused in diabolical ways as was recently demonstrated in the Blackhat conference
