    Try lowering (or raising) the table. It's important that the arms are in a relaxed position when using the mouse. Also, as someone already suggested, try switching hands.

    I recently built a new work table back home. It is a few centimeters higher than a normal table and I immidiately got pains in my neck and shoulders. After adjusting my chair the pains have gone away.

    I am sure that phone spam will be less of a problem.
    The spammers main advantage today is that they can hide in anonymity.

    If someone spams me when I am nearby I will certainly let them know how I fell about it.

    "If they can figure their names" Does this mean that they will claim copyright on the filenames? If my band is called Sandman and we make a song called Metallica will "Sandman-Metallica.mp3" be blocked because I have used an illegal filename?
