  1. exciting new technology on Melting Memory Chips In Mass Production · · Score: 0

It is very interesting that this new kind of new memory chip stores information by melting and freezing crystals. I would like to try it when the devices come out, however, I have the following concerns about it: 1. Will it be oversensitive to heat variance?and will it affect its ability to store informations correctly 2. I'm afraid it's gonna be very expensive, since it's a brand new and modern technology. But anyway, I would like to give it a try if I can afford it and I'm quite excited about it.:-)

  2. Bank strategies in Asia on Cyber Gangs Raise Profile of Commercial Online Bank Security · · Score: 1

well I don't know how the banks in the United States handle those transactions, but back in Asia, from where I came, once a transaction needs to take place, the bank will send you an SMS including a temporary PIN. If the PIN is not used within 5 minutes, it would expire automatically. Also,if the transaction involves an large amount of money(over $1500), your personal financial advisor from the bank will call you directly to verify. So far, I haven't heard many big losses from the online trasactions in my home country, or at least not reported. I assume it means the way our banks handle the transactions is practical.

so Intel is competing with itself? haha, that's interesting. If the Light Peak would really increase the speed and improve other functions, I would like to give it a try when it's introduced to iPhone/iPod platform; however, I would not really consider buying Mac with Light Peak, frankly speaking, I'm not a big fan of Mac.

  4. illegal downloading is hard to stop on UK Musicians Back Watered-Down "Three-Strikes" Rule · · Score: 1, Informative

Yes, downloading music pieces illegally has long been a issue that bothers the whole music industry. In some countries, nearly everybody downloads music from online resources illegally. However, it is hard or we can say impossible to stop them from doing that, because everybody loves free stuff. If you can download music for free, why bother purchase it from itunes? However, I do think the "Three-Strike" Rule should help reduce the illegal downloading from online. But as I have mentioned, it will take a VERY LONG TIME to eliminate illegal downloading and actually, it might take forever.

  5. Re:Why do we sleep? on Alzheimer's Disease Possibly Linked To Sleep Deprivation · · Score: 1

I should say it'll be much better for your human body's health if you can fall asleep without taking medications. Just try to relax before you go to sleep and take a hot shower. According to studies, eating beans on a regular basis and work out as often as possible can also prevent Alzheimer's Disease. Normally, after working out, I usually have a better quality of sleep at night, so I guess doing physical exercises is a key way to improve our sleep and therefore, keep us away from Alzheimer's Disease.
