A couple of questions:
1) Does the British ISP level filtering cause any reduction in speeds?
2) Wouldn't the presence of a botnet trojan on a seized computer establish some reasonable doubt as to whether the owner chose to download the files? It seems to me there are still going to be legal grey areas.
