    For what it's worth I agree 100%, but the laws of every country I have ever heard of and most people do not agree with either of us.

    I would contend that the likely cause is that all politicians and most people are idiotic, narcissistic douchebags.

    Perhaps we would be wise to petition for the criminalization of intentional douchbaggery...

    If it passes, I'l happy if only these lawmakers and their respective web-pages and related Arizona government websites were trolled to hell in a great collaborative effort of civil-disobedience.

    If it passes, and I were a resident of AZ, I would immediately contact my local police department and file charges against every politician who voted for the law, as their intent is obviously malicious in nature.

    I would then encourage all my AZ friends and neighbors to do the same.

    While there is no right not to be offended, the offender may have restrictions on their rights if they are making it unreasonable or impossible for someone else to go about their daily life.

    Physically preventing people from traversing an area has absolutely nothing to do with speech.

    Considering the local propensity for Bible-thumpery, I'm inclined to believe the law was passed for moral reasons as opposed to health. Also, it specifically deals with spitting on sidewalks; as far as I'm aware, it's still perfectly legal to spit on bus handles and baby changing tables... gross, but not arrestable.

    Regardless of the rationale, it doesn't justify a strip search.

    But smearing? Unless there is derogatory content hosted on there with the intent of associating said content with said toddler, I'm not sold.

    Normally I would agree with you; however, considering Ms. Cox's prior attempts at blackmailing the child's father (among others, according to TFA), I think it's fair to say that the likelihood that harassment was her intent is pretty obvious.

    If you allowed anyone to go into prison without careful screening, it would be no time at all before people would be getting themselves arrested for petty offenses simply to act as mules bringing weapons and banned goods into the prison - something that is already an issue but it would explode.

    The guards already do that; how do you think all the drugs in prisons get there in the first place?

    Did you know that if you are arrested on a Friday, and the judge has already left for the weekend, they can hold you in jail until the judge returns Monday? So, under the new interpretation, you can (and will) be strip searched and placed in population for 2 days, all because you failed to pay a parking ticket, or was walking your dog without a leash, or you crossed the street away from a crosswalk, or your seatbelt wasn't properly fastened, or you just plain pissed a cop off by knowing your rights. Hell, where I live there's a law on the books from the 1800's that says spitting on sidewalks and swearing in front of "ladies" are arrestable offenses.

    Still sound reasonable?

    I'll concede that the beat was fairly catchy, and I bet it sounds better in pretty much any format other than a Youtube video; however, I don't think a single track from a single artist represents the musical talents of a nation as a whole.
