The amount of melanin is directly proportional to the amount of time you will spend in secured government housing. This is a fact borne out by the department of justice. It would be trivial to program a robot to act in the same way.

"department of justice", that just sounds so much like ministry of love, or of silly walks.

I do not deny the existence of negotiation, but the lack of desire, more often than not, is only a euphemism for lack of ability, as a tactic to negotiate a peace and still live for one more day. The mighty still win, always.

The bear knows which fights to pick. And badgers are not weaklings either. The bear's size does not necessarily make him a better fighter. A poisonous snake can kill a bear. There are many ways to quantify might.

And right now the ones fighting for the cheap dinner are the one dominating the context of the battle.

They can't. There's too much secrecy in the system. If the companies want them there, it is strictly a facade of 'legitimacy' for the community to see. It is purely a ceremonial thing. May as well invite the Queen of England. I like the EFF a lot, but they're getting fished in. Whether or not they want to be used like this, I do not know. As I said before, this whole 'certificate' thing is only lipstick on the pig. Certificates look like tracking cookies to me. IP spoofing with proxy servers or whatever will give you more security and privacy. I sure as hell won't get that from any central authority.

    1) A widespread belief there is privacy
    2) The government violating that privacy through monitoring and frequently acting on the information

The republicans wanted that (particularly the mandate) as much as the democrats but could not vote for it because of appearances. With enough democrats to pass the bill without their votes, they come out lookin' pretty damn good to their rubes back home. Now, with Keystone and TPP, the democrats don't want to be held responsible, so with a lousy campaign and a few minor scandals, they 'lose' the majority to the republicans and get the bills passed. Look up "rotating villain". It's an age old trick..
