    When a building gets built, or a dam, or a pipeline, there's engineers, architects, brick layers, welders, and all sorts of other people involved.

    Are we still in the 40s? There are some software tools used to build buildings these days...

    Take a look at code-first design with Entity Framework, the database creation and modeling is abstracted away, your database is created for you based on your domain driven design.

    My parents would gladly tell you that you are wrong. By the time I was 10, I had lived in 3 different countries (each having a different language that I master) and traveled to many different countries.
