Sorry, but the Motorola Mobility purchase hasn't actually gone through yet so they are still a separate company hence why they are still trading stock under their own symbol. So, no, Google is not a Foxconn customer. Nice try though, bonch.
Actually, they've been auditing for a long time, and have public reports on such things going back a long way (ie, predating the "suicide factory" news reports by years) but it's clear you didn't actually check that.
Yes, I did. I even read and quoted their own report.
In the summer of 2006, we were concerned by reports in the press alleging poor working and living conditions at one of our iPod final assembly suppliers in China. In response, we conducted a thorough audit of the facility and worked closely with the supplier to correct any practices or incidents that did not conform to our Supplier Code of Conduct.
Yeah, and according to their own reports they didn't start auditing until after the poor work conditions came out in the press. Which would make them "reactive" not proactive thus proving bonch the shill wrong.
Did you even bother to read what you posted? From the first report:

Huh, so they didn't even do an audit after reports in the press came out. Were you intentionally trying to prove me right?
Why make them pay taxes at all? Oh and we might as well repeal all worker safety and environmental laws so that the corporations aren't inconvenienced. Don't forget to' shutdown the SEC as well because having to try to accurately report information to investors is a terrible burden.
Sup bonch. You switch accounts now that you're main one is permanently -1 and you failed to sway anyone with this post? Aren't you supposed to tell us how even if it was true it's okay since Google does it too?
If going to Amazon and typing "iPhone screwdriver" is what you consider a "pretty hard" thing to do, that says more about your intelligence not those of others.
But the point is this is under a more permissive license which some companies, IBM for example, want. Also, if no more than one office suite is allowed you better notify the Caligra people to shut up shop, too.
President Obama did hatch a plan to get high-speed internet. Unfortunately his plan was to turn-off free TV (all channels 25 and up) and turn it over to wireless companies. That's not a solution... at least not as good as Fiber to every home.
So President Obama hatched this plan before even being president? Wow, he's got amazing powers. You do realize that the legislation for the digital transition was passed in 2005 under the Bush Administration, right? Also, the frequency allocation also happened before he was even elected. But don't let little things like "facts" get in your way.

it's less obvious for 15, 16, 17 and 18; hence the various conflicting laws by jurisdiction.
18 years old is of legal age. Also, pedophilia is about attraction to prepubescent children which is hardly what a 15,16 or 17 year old is.

No, CS 5.5 was the latest version before 6. And considering CS5 came out April of 2010 it technically is a 'years-old version'. Still a scam, though.
Sure, except to use the software you agreed to the EULA where Adobe disclaimed themselves against any such defects. Good luck with that.

Really? Care to prove that they did anything before the Foxconn suicides hit the press?
bonch has been a terrible shill for a while now. Shouldn't you have already fired him by now?
Google isn't a Foxconn customer, bonch. Nice try, though.
Because bonch thinks no one notices.
He didn't say they were. Defensive much?
Doesn't anyone go over these things to make them a bit more readable before putting them on Slashdot's front page?
Of course not. Are you new here?
So you've had built-in playback support for DVDs before DVDs even existed?

And don't forget about being the one's who come up with the terrorist plots in order to foil them.
It's the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority.

How do you now that when she doesn't disclose who she works for?
How is it "invading" someone's privacy when they willingly give away their personal information to you?

Does a simple little game that was a 50K download on Palm OS really need to be a 1MB app on Android or iOS? Nope.
Considering the assets required to not have the game look like shit at native resolution compared to the low-res Palms, yes.
No, it had plenty of bugs before the Ajax rewrite. Like the longstanding pagination bugs that they eventually just gave up on.
