    Most people who aren't authoritarians are concerned about openness of Police action. I listen to police transmissions on my phone all the time.

    My understanding is that CIQ calls are all up in your phones grill, but it's not *enabled* and not logging anything. I hope to hell that's true. Still, you get a huge performance and battery boost by installing a CIQ-free rom. Be informed, be free citizen.

    Let's try that again. One of our Atlanta TV news reporters recently caught a company making and selling fake smoke detectors to the Atlanta fire department. The smoke detectors had fake UL labels and would pass the smoke detector battery test but had (I believe) fake boards in them. Humans suck.

    Just another increase in the cost of being poor. Renewing plates, an insurance payment, paying for a ticket, etc., etc., etc. You used to be able to use your car to scramble for the money to take care of thises things (work, going to borrow the money, etc.). Now you *will* be caught and be subject to large fines or jail. And when you're there your in the bail money/jail time trap for people without money. Hurry up and get rich people. It's the only way to get by,

    the post was in jest, but to be honest, I think a lot of people don't like the idea that Mankind's first action after spending approximately 45 seconds on another body in our solar system is to plan and execute the removal of resources from it. Agent Smith was right, we are a lot like a virus.
