With all the surveillance in these united states of America AND more surveillance on the way, does anyone get the idea that MAYBE this is just another inside job (like 9/11) to curtail even more freedoms? The war on terror will never be won against the al cia-duh, the war on drugs will never be won because of all the "black" money not overseen by our illustrious CONgressMEN? Huh, what, I'm a conspiracy theorist? Oh never mind, go back to sleep, Bonanza's coming on in three minutes.
For those of you who still possess critical thinking skills, hop on board the FEMA train. Choo, choo, choo, wooOooo, wooo!
Please mod me up as troll, flamebait, off topic, there, I saved you all the trouble.
Might be wrong, but bacillus thuringiensis is primarily used because of it's effectiveness as a -pesticide-.
Glyphosate, as discussed here, is primarily used as a -herbicide-.
Both are pesticides...
Bt is used as an insecticide, both in GMO and conventional forms.
Yahoo didn't know he also prepaid lawyers. Or at least lets hope so.
Yahoo has contractual obligation to provide service, sudden death of a party is a sleazy way to weasel out of a service contract.
Typical corporate America, take the money, agree to the terms of the contract, then fuck them.
The universities and other entities involved with funding the research are not shafted when these startups happen. Spinoff companies are great for universities. They get paid for their ownership on the patent(s).
It will never get off the ground if there are no wires for the power companies to meter it.
Translation: The whole thing is a monumentally tragic, Constitution-violating fuck up, brought to you by two successive Administrations and a Congress that couldn't give a flying fuck about the Constitution.
What a pathetic situation.
If you can't control it, then get rid of it before it gets bigger and multiplies.
This may also be a video recording of policy enforcers who do not like to be recorded. "You have the right to remain silent" "You have the right to stop recording your iCar, in the event you do not, your car will be impounded while a search warrent is processed"
AFAIK, parent post is absolutely correct in the strict legal sense - you can just walk out, and they can just fire you. Contracts do not trump those laws.
Most employment contracts are "at will", you can quit without cause AND you can be fired without cause. The issue with this surrounds unemployment benefits. Most employers won't fire you unless attendence policies are violated. They would rather work the shit out of you for the money you contracted for which is cheaper than hiring someone else. The next best option is to hire someone else. And they will. Loyalty dosen't exist like it did 30 years ago, although there are those special enclaves where loyalty is everything, good luck in finding one and greater luck in getting hired.
Growing marijuana and use that as medicine, like GOD intended. Screw big pharma, their rubber stamping FDA and the AMA who swallow all of their Bovine scatology hook, line and sinker.

How many kilos of high-value cargo would that be?
Will buying one of these put you on a watch list in one of the Wars on <noun>?
How will the Navy determine the CIA subs from the ordinary drug running types?
When secret police come with secret orders based on secret laws signed by a secret court we secretly dispose of their bodies?
Don't forget double secret probation.
The truth sucks, that's why you will never hear it on corporate mass media.
The NSA wants to streamline it's work with a single foreign key...
The real reason: It's better to issue the security keys than to steal them through PRISM.
The more they rough up the journalists, treat them like enemies...
In this case, the guy wasn't even a journalist.
He doesn't have to be, just send the message. All they're doing is forcing a fire sale, where everything must go, out in the open.
YOU say "Flamebait", I say "Prophecy" in a manner of speaking in a matter of time.
outsource to F*** Up and give up control of data as well? just so in the end it costs more to fix the f*** up then what you saved in labor?
There are plenty of American companies that cringe when they hear Air Fance and the A-300.
It's called "looking for investors"
The biggest will be al-CIA-DUH.

Glyphosate is a herbicide.
Monsanto is a genetic humana-cide.
Which means that it's very likely that in the presence of glyphosate their yield will drop.
Which means glyphosate is acting on other biological pathways we still do not yet understand.
And yet we still consider this stuff to be safe to use.
I'd rather just use bacillus thuringiensis.
If GMO rice passes traits to weeds, what does it pass on to humans?
I admit, I don't understand females. I hope the computers have better luck, or else they'll get slapped and stuck with the bill also.
One word or is it two?
SkyNet.
Gas companies will go along as long as there is a meter or gas tank involved.

People don't understand people, how do you expect computers to understand people?

Fedex drones, Google Streetview Drones, Pizza Delivery Drones, Banner-toting advertisement drones, Summons serving drones, etc etc..
Don't forget Chinese take out. The Flying Wok brings a whole new concept into being.
They found something that really scares them and if they ignore it maybe it will go away.
So the conspiracy is even more stupid than the straw man version? That's quite an accomplishment.
These are not the truths you are looking for, move along.

I have finally figured out why the statue holding 'the scales of justice' wore a blindfold! ;-)
No witnesses to the payoff.
Report to the nearest NSA facility for rehabilitation.
I think they call them "Fusion Centers" now...
I think they're called FEMA camps.
Infrared cameras at night and in fog, anyone?
