    The black box sits in the ISP office and obviously does some selection.
    A) random
    B) according to the selected text.

    The second point is, that the russian police will slow or block traffic without even thinking of being challenged. Who was in Russia knows, that police are the absolute masters. If they work, you must wait. If you dare to complain, you'd better show first that you are policemen of a higher rank.

    If this is your idea of Communism, perhaps you should call it differently, because no initiators oc communism would agree with you.

    I had to study unwillingly for some 13 years manadtory Marxism-Leninism, and I assure, you that all the 'big' thinkers starting from Utopia, the French revolution thinkers, Marx, Engls, Gramschi,
    Trotskij - all were vicious enemies of anarchism.

    The dark side K. Marx:
    "The state is an organized form of organized violence of the governing class over the other classes"

    This is one of the basic principles of communism and plan for communist government. No idea about devoted service of government officials to their entrusted people. Communism made the most vicious inclinations of bad capitalist polititians into their program. Naturally, the more corurupt people US folk elects into the lead, the more they see the Capitalism to be the same as Communism.

    But that does not meant, that the two systems are equivalent.

    Jutst for information.
    Nazi = abbreviation of "Nazional Democratic Party"
    Germans read 'Z' same way as you reat 't' in the word National.

    Nationalism is therefore a long form of Nazism.

    Thereis some difference between patriotism and nazi-sm(onalizm).
    Patriots horor the land of their ancestors.
    Nazi-sts/onalists think to be honored to be born in the land of their ancestors.

    For instance, Austrians that I know are Patriots,
    But they seldom fly their flag above their house or sing their national anthem every day in school. And they will never tell you that their counrty is the best - even though some may think so.

    IMHO, many US citizens or French are may more Nazi-minded than most Austrians.

    That is highly probable. However, they cannot do with it much right now if you apply some good encryption on it. At this momend they will not drag you from your family block into an Alaska working camp for using it.

    Sure, there will be efforts to get access to everybody's pirvate mail through sneaky encryption legislative and the US citizens will have to watch that very carefuly, too.

    That will be another fight, though.

    My problem is that I spent under communism some 25 years of my life. Where did you learn about it?

    Unfortunately, communists rule - at present to some 40% of earth's population. And once you get them in, even if due to violence or due to honest mistake, they make sure that you can hardly ever get them out.

    Perhaps you can try to learn from Trotskij. He was communist - once.

    The KGB did, and most of the west believed. And as you can see, all the media now including the internet are still in under control of KGB and private encryption is still illegal. However, it even for them it becomes harder to pretend free capitalist state. When will the west wake up and stop funding Russia, it will be too late, I am afraid.

    You are right - so far there is no comparison between China and US censorship. But once the censors will gain control over internet, they won't let you know what is actually censored.

    This way US could become communistic without anybody noticing it. Or did you notice it?

    No need to require source code.
    According to US national newspaper cn-crypto.htm it has to be Chinese software - so they already have the source (Oh, well - this is communism - don't forget, with orgainzed party members in highest post of every company - nobody can keep a secret before the party).

    All they reqire is just every private key, name of its owner, his e-mail address, address and phone number. No more.


    Alegedly, this is not trying to crack on independent media - may I remind - there aint no such thing in China. This is against dissidents and members of the banned sect Falun Dafa, who dare to talk together without their government hearing it !

    Yes, it was in place, but it was not perfect enough. They could prosecute only those, who already had their stuff posted. All media in China had are state controlled, except for the Internet. They are learning handle that. If everybody could tell the truth about their wonderful government, it would soon damage their bright communist futures.

    There is another show of Chinese tight control on internet in cn-crypto.htm, where eevrybody within China has to give the government key to they encrypiton, even foreign companies.

    This revolutionary law goes far beyond speeding control and nice concern for your health. Speeding control would be simply achieved as it is in some southern US states by putting a hard limit in the anonymous fuel injection system software.

    With embedded ID, this can stop and immobilize actually anybody based on speed, criminal record, random suspicion, race, political opinion, religious belief and sexual disorientation.

    All automaticaly, witout paying hundreds of policeman, whose conscience makes them unreliable.

    Blessed are those, who had a chance to live in the 'dark' ages! Get ready for another, yet darker century.

    According to Deja.Com pool Microsoft NT Server is the best Network Operating System Linux is the worst. This is in sharp contrast with pool for the Operating System, where Linux ranks best and all Microsoft product lags at the tail. I don't think that both pools can be honest. Looks like BSD script kiddie rather than Redmondians.

    Suppose that I master my own DVD and loose my copy protection code. Would it be illegal to make and use a program, that would recover the lost code?

    If US law would forbid doing this or making writing code to do this, that would be absurd!

    Correction:
    If you make a DNA test you mus find out, that the body of the infant is not the part of the mother's body, nor is meant to be. The dependency is also questional. You were probably dependent on your parents till your teenage, in a sence.

    A tohught:
    The limits to what is called murder are recessing quite fast. If you do not want anybody else to find a reason to end your "suffering" under the Microsoft monopoly, you'l better start defending anything human, short of your removed appendix.
    It is enough to be just an insightfull atheist to come up to the correct conclusion. It is better to let some baby live now than be euthanised later for being old, sick, or perhaps being Linux user.

    Solution (or Flamebait?):
    Why don't we simply Enuthanize the poor Princeton proffesor suffering miserably in this life with when thinking about the fate of disabled infants?

    I cannot be the only person out there, who buys
    all the parts separately and builds his own PC.
    The hard-drives usualy do not come with Windows,
    although I know that you can purchase HD with
    Linux already on it (VAR, I believe?).

    Once a friend wanted to dome a favor and tried
    to install some Windows on my PC for me, but then
    he was unable to do it. The boot disk never
    recognized CD-ROM - and the Windows were on CD.

    So, that's why I do not have Windows on my
    machine. I am not proud of it, I am actually
    sorry for it, because my PnP sound card setup
    runs only on Windows.

    In turn I installed Linux on his PC and set it
    up in less than 2hours.

    That's my experience. While I was a permanent mployee, there was no incentive to do overtime or
    care overly about the quality of th code. I would not be paid for any overtime and good code pays
    the same as poor quality. As for a contractor my
    name is at the stake and I am much more disposable. High performace guarantees my future income.

    Surprisingly, it is the employees who care to not to have too much wirk o too tight schedules and the company long term profit does not seem to be for them a reason for extra work on a better design.

    Does anybody share same obeservations?

    Maybe this is just the right licence, that
    will carry on the bigger wery much needed bigger
    projects on the Linux platform.
    1. You can see all included Trojan Horses
    2. You can improve code.
    3. You can share improvements with others

    I would like to remind the Open Source moralists,
    that Sun take over responsibility over Start Division programmers ( and their families) and to asure their erll being, they will need some money.
    Yes, it is moral to give the labourers their wages and it is more important than any nice OpenSource ideas, any Linux or any OS ideas.

    I hope that this licence will allow Sun to get
    from some people some free work and from the others some free money ;-)

    You do not seem to appreciate the benefits of
    peopleless society. The machines are much cheaper
    in a long run. For every clerk or policemen we can
    nowadays install 10 such machines a year!

    Moreover, machines are much more reliable than
    people, since machines do not have conscience.
    It is now sufficient to find one human that is
    bad enough to block all accounts for certain
    individuals and thousands of automatic clerks
    will obey such command. Sue that individual -
    only if you will get money for the lawyer, but
    how to get them, if all your accounts are blocked?

    The old fashioned idea of human clerks and
    policemen is not sufficient for efficient
    dictatorship. They are watching you, but you
    are also watching them. At the end you can
    negotiate, what's the right thing to do.
    Try to negotiate with our computers. It
    won't work. Throw a desperate look at their
    high quality lenses. They won' mind. Ask them
    to call their manager. They can for hours repeat,
    that they do not understand.

    Once this system is fully in place, our
    comunist/fascist/maoist system will not only
    survive - it will be actually economically very
    profitable - of course mostly for us - but - maybe
    also for some people of exemplary obedience.

    BTW,
    Your name and address, family information and
    retina scan is already dutifully recorded and will be
    used in usual manner. I would recommend you to
    change your negative opinion about our technology.
    (If you want your money (now our money) back)
