    ... because nothing wrong ever rises from people who are "committed to upholding and fighting for justice and the highest moral standards". They obviously know what is better for everyone, moral value being an objective one. I cant' wait until a representative of my country begins thinking "Hey, they're doing it, why wouldn't we?".

    If they're suing over a precise piece of hardware/software, they might get a point. But it looks to me like they're suing over the idea of linking an interactive material to a game and that's just plain stupid.

    I think people who uploads videos of their cat on youtube aren't the one who gonna be affected by this law. Italian government obviously doesn't intend to apply this law thoroughly but rather pop it out from nowhere when they'll need to apply censure.
