Enforcement of Title II of the Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act of 1970 was a response to an outcry by privatized healthcare and the insurance industry.
And increased drug use, as a response to lack of access to privatized healthcare, including appropriate psychological assistance OR completely stupid application of pharmaceuticals, has ruined the economy and society.
