I just want to know what the cause of the outage was!
It seems to me that to many systems are going down that where and have been stable . I really do not think all of this is by chance , and so far on almost all that have went down there has been no answer as to what the cause was or where it started.
Just look back the last year or so at what has going on and then try to find out why.
It was not Radar but interesting all the same, and I am sure many here have or had run into this
in the past.
We had a issue that was almost the same and almost shut down an important data station.
They had installed the new IR control modular interface and at six PM every day the data center
would shut down or start a emergency shutdown do to the system detecting an intrusion system wide.
Now this took down the Center for over an hour every day.
What we found after a month of this going on it was the windows that where in the center that had a coating to cut
down the UV into the rooms and to cut some of the Heat buildup that was due to the Sunlight that was causing the issue .
Every other day the time that this happened moved forward one Minute. One could set there clock by the time as it was
just about perfect in it's advance.
It seemed that the glass was producing the perfect frequency for the encrypted IR receivers.
I found this by chance one day by seeing the rainbow of light hit the receivers that where placed around
the Data room. When I put a tarp over the glass the problem when away. The IBM engineers could not believe
that I had found this and that it was the cause.
It is strange how there is so much that comes up that we can not see no matter how much testing a Company does!
I was not long in till the system was changed over to the new RF control , I never did like the IR system as their was so many
items that interfered with the IR signal.
Look How far we have come? Now the issues are the same and are larger and harder to find.
You really thing that most who live paycheck to paycheck do so because they are lazy?
You do not have a clue , and it sounds like you are mad at the world and everyone around you because you do not have enough money.
So blame everyone else , Hell I might even buy some food this week. I don't know though I might just be blowing my money and screaming about I do not have enough.
What a mess!
Try getting a better Job and you will not have to work 60 hours a week to make it and save some cash. Oh but you can not find a Better Job. You must be lazy and not looking hard enough.
This is just the first of a long line of sites that are going to shut down in the next year or so.
In the last six months I have seen the addition of some of the most in your face adds from companys
that I would not buy from for any amount of savings.
The Internet is going to go through a major change like it did about ten years ago, but this time I think it is going to
be just madding to users .
Just here in the last few months the cable company we have has moved high speed users over to a single pipe, this is
for a large City and the surrounding area and towns. But the price has stayed the same for much less service.
They have halved the size of the space that they sell without warning and are upping the price.
This is what happens when you let one company get a solid lock on an area.
One good thing about this is a whole lot of what I call fly by night sites and video sites will go away.
One can only hope that in the end it will get better for all the users. But if we do not stick together they the company's will
just have there way with us.
Now I know why so many people are coming to the U.S and Canada from Australia, this just boggles my mind that this is even going on!
One has to wonder what they are thinking.
I can't say more as I do not live there and do not know the facts, but what I am reading on the news and web has me wondering how much longer the people of Australia are going to let this go on.
From what we hear, when they took most of your firearms the crime rate has gone up and keeps going that way.
I do wish we got more new's here in the states on what the full story is.
As this will affect us all in the end.
Even to the point of how we make our sites if we want to be seen by Australian's .
I bought a game from a company that has the same type of system, I will not buy another.
As it is I bet that one can read the terms of use and it will say that Ubisoft will not be liable for the lost of service , internet or servers
that store the information about the game.
And that means One will not have the use of there game or games that they have paid for .
This is a bad Idea and will not work nor be fair to the persons who bought the games. I know
as I have tried this type of system and it completely restricts the buyer of the game even when
it is not his or her fault that you cannot access the company servers.
It is not unheard of in our area for out internet to be down for up to a week, or to get a service person out to fix the issue.
That means that I would not have access to the games that I bought. Not worth it , I can tell you first hand.
We are not leasing the games, as it is now we are buying the game and then being told how and when we can play said game.
The legal system and courts are going to have to step in and stop this before it becomes the norm.
This is no different that buying a auto and the dealer say's where and when you can drive the auto, and what day's it can be used.
Your right, do not buy from any company that sets this type of system up.
