Don't forget the other choice: stop using the internet. Maybe not a popular option in this forum, but I find it interesting that something that didn't exist in anything close to it's current form 20 years ago is now described as a necessity. Worse yet, some seem to confuse it with a right granted to one by a higher being or the constitution.

Fuck CBS. They knew the rules before they decided to air this show. The source material has a near constant barrage of words that have been off-limits to CBS since the inception of the network. IMO this gives the show zero chance to be as funny as the twitter. That old guy is hilarious. Shatner would probably be great in the role. But let's face it, an integral part of what makes shitmydadsays funny is the language that he uses. Do it right, put it on HBO....and get off my lawn. I have no opinion about the decency fuckheads.

timothy, you are a little bit ambiguous about your high level goals. If your goal is to pass a course which is part of a degree plan of some sort then maybe you can focus on other classes. If you just love java and want to know everything about it, then continue on learning from books, java ranch and slash dotters. If your goal is to get a job writing java sooner rather than later, then start in on prep work to become an SCJP. Many employers and recruiters that can barely spell Java will give you more serious consideration if you are certified.
